Google Plus: add a shortened link profile

First you access: http://plus.ly

Then follow the instructions in the form:

- Select a nick name that you want. For example gplugin

- Enter the sequence ID that Google Plus gives you.

Finally press the green button Claim my Username is finished.

So you have a link to Google Plus is it nice and easy to remember.
